  • Buses:  Buses should drop off students at either door G or H.  Coaches ONLY please come to pick up team packets at the hallway that door G brings you to.  After that, buses should park farther out in parking lot to allow rooms for cars please.
  • Parking for parent/visitors vehicles:  Enter through doors G or H so parking will be in lot closest to those doors.
  • Coaches only please. Register with Donna Brayfield in the hallway/commons area that can be accessed by entering door G .  This will be very close to tournament headquarters/hospitality rooms 1410 and 1411.
  • Please bring your Team Registration Form (Roster) , Photo Release Form and Team Medical Forms.  While we will collect the first two mentioned forms, you will keep the Medical Forms with you.  Please do not staple the photo release form to the medical form as they need to be separate so you can keep the medical forms!
