THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT
- Parking: The easiest door to come in will be door G or H. This will put you very close to tournament headquarters and hospitality in rooms 1410 and 1411.
- You will receive the following handouts (among others) in your event supervisor envelope:
- APPEAL FORM
- WRISTBAND GUIDELINES
- SCORING GUIDELINES
- SCORING LETTER
- Depending on your room location and supplies, it might be beneficial to move your car closer to the location of your event. Otherwise you are welcome to stay parked where you are.
- Complimentary food will be available at Tournament Headquarters in Rooms 1410 and 1411 where there will be room to grade and then report scores to the scorekeeping team.
- When your event is complete and grading is done, please come to Score Counseling to present all grades/scores with scoring personnel. This will also be done in rooms 1410 and 1411.
- After Score Counseling, you are welcome to stay for awards to hand out medals (4:00-5:00 PM) or you are welcome to leave.
